We’ve been following Roos closely in her development towards the international top in Olympic sailing. It’s good to see her 2026 season off to a solid start!

At the Trofeo Princesa Sofia in Palma de Mallorca, she competed in a strong fleet of 143 sailors and finished 19th overall. Taking a race win in the senior fleet shows the progress she is making.

What stands out to us is not just the result, but the process behind it. Working through changing conditions, long days on the water, and continuous improvement, both physically and mentally. It’s an approach we recognise from our own work in subsea cable projects.

With a busy international calendar ahead and new race formats to adapt to, we look forward to following the next steps this season.
