Commercial Manager Asia (F/M/X)

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy and developing growth strategies for WIND Cable Services in the region. You will lead a team of approximately three professionals. With your strategic vision and commercial expertise, you will expand our customer base and enhance our global market position.

  • Developing and implementing commercial policies aligned with the company strategy.
  • Leading and coaching the sales team for efficient and professional operations.
  • Managing processes and budgets within the commercial department.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships to ensure long-term collaborations.
  • Identifying and leveraging market opportunities.

Who are you?

You are a driven and results-oriented leader with a keen eye for commercial opportunities and market trends. Additionally, you possess:

  • Higher education or university-level thinking, preferably in a technical field.
  • Several years of experience in leadership roles within a relevant industry.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong aptitude for building client relationships.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly.
