Account- / contract manager

The growth of the company requires expanding of the commercial team, that is why WIND is looking for an enthusiastic account-/contract manager! After an appropriate onboarding by our commercial manager, you will be (partially) responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer relationships. Are you looking for a challenge on which you can work with an amazing team, then we are looking for you. Experience in similar positions is a plus, but there are opportunities as well for a more junior person to develop into this role.

  • Een baan waarbij je afwisselend werkt op ons hoofdkantoor in hartje Alkmaar of op het kantoor op onze Cable storage yard in Velsen-Noord. Daarnaast bieden we de mogelijkheid om in goed overleg thuis te werken. Na de inwerkperiode is het ook mogelijk om projecten wereldwijd te gaan uitvoeren.

  • Fulltime dienstverband op basis van 40-urige werkweek.
  • Het salaris wordt afgestemd op basis van je ervaring en capaciteiten, richtlijn salaris per maand tussen €4302 en €6232 bruto.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding, variabele bonus, o.a. afhankelijk van het ondernemingsresultaat.
  • Pool auto’s beschikbaar voor zakelijk verkeer en een mobiliteitsregeling met diverse interessante opties voor woon- werkverkeer.
  • Aanvullende toeslagen voor het werken in het buitenland.
  • Een tijdelijke arbeidsovereenkomst van 1 jaar, bij wederzijdse tevredenheid wordt dit omgezet in onbepaalde tijd.
  • Toegang tot de personeelsparticipatieregeling.

Work activities:

  • Analyzing quotation requests based on drawings, specifications and verbal information
  • Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Compiling quotations and proposals with accompanying technical descriptions
  • Proactively managing contracts (on-site)
  • Collaborating with the project managers to execute the contract
  • Visit national and international clients
  • Attending external and internal meetings
  • Working and reporting in accordance with applicable work instructions/procedures
  • You are the face of WIND for your clients

We require:

  • Technical background with commercial affinity (or visa versa)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Preferably two years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of excel
  • Enjoy working abroad for consecutive weeks at times
  • Meticulous and well-organized work style
  • Supportive colleague with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility
