Technical Sales Manager

The growth of the company requires expanding of the commercial team, that is why WIND is looking for an enthusiastic technical sales manager! After an appropriate onboarding by our commercial manager, you will be (partially) responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer relationships. Are you looking for a challenge on which you can work with an amazing team, then we are looking for you. Experience in similar positions is a plus, but there are opportunities as well for a more junior person to develop into this role.

  • The salary will be based on your experience and skills, with a target monthly salary between €4,302 and €6,232 gross.

Work activities:

  • Analyzing quotation requests based on drawings, specifications and verbal information
  • Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Compiling quotations and proposals with accompanying technical descriptions
  • Proactively managing contracts (on-site)
  • Collaborating with the project managers to execute the contract
  • Visit national and international clients
  • Attending external and internal meetings
  • Working and reporting in accordance with applicable work instructions/procedures
  • You are the face of WIND for your clients

We require:

  • Technical background with commercial affinity (or visa versa)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Preferably two years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of excel
  • Enjoy working abroad for consecutive weeks at times
  • Meticulous and well-organized work style
  • Supportive colleague with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility
